Who we are
This website presents the group trip “Photo & Soul — Madeira Edition” (9–14 November 2026). Your data is controlled by the trip organisers: Variko (Instagram @variko_world) and photographer Anna Belousova (Instagram @photographer_belousova_). You can reach us via Instagram direct messages.
What data we collect
When you submit the form: your name, Instagram username, phone number or messenger, email, the city you will fly from, your accommodation preference and your message.
Together with the request we store technical details of the visit: advertising campaign tags from the link (UTM parameters, fbclid), the page language and address, the referring page and the time of submission. If you allow cookies, Meta Pixel also sets its cookies (_fbp, _fbc).
Why and on what legal basis
- To reply to your request and organise your trip — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To measure our advertising with Meta Pixel — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
We don’t sell your data and don’t send newsletters without your permission.
Who processes the data for us
- Google (Google Sheets, Apps Script) — storing requests;
- Telegram — notifying the organisers about new requests;
- Meta Platforms Ireland — Meta Pixel, only with your consent;
- Netlify — website hosting (technical server logs).
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (for example, in the USA). Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as needed to organise the trip and no longer than 12 months after it ends — or delete it earlier if you ask us to.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us and we’ll respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal this is the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
